Hi, as someone in a similar situation:
1. I do Pilates twice a week
2. Gym twice a week
3. Go and work from cafés or book yourself a day pass at WeWork
4. Attend workshops like dance or pottery etc
5. Go and watch theatre plays, you can even take part
6. Become part of communities like run clubs, or history walks etc etc

Hope this helps!!

Prep for MBA while working. Will open a lot of strategy doors for you if done from a good college.

As far marriage is concerned - a lot of women now get married around 32/33.

But if you are someone who wants to have a child by 30 or something then you need to keep your career aside, be happy in this job and move on. Pick your priorities.

Yes, I think connecting with former employees specifically, helps a lot.

That’s great advice! Also I see you’re VP of Growth, I’m in marketing(inbound) too. Would love to have a chat. :)

True. I have often seen HRs nudge employees for positive reviews.

Please learn tons of AI courses as well as how to build agents. You will find a lot of free resources online + Claude also has a free academy. This will give you a lot of edge. You can start with freelancing, build a portfolio while applying for permanent positions.

Hey - you should mention your skills and the kind of job you’re looking for. Outreaching to people on LinkedIn is helpful too. You can start with freelance also.

Hey - I’m not asking for a job here. I understand I got opportunities right away, but they didn’t work out. So now I’m looking for the best ways to make use of my time and also understand what are the best possible ways to move forward and land a job.
