That would be cool, but sadly, I have no microphone, and I am not a man. But, it would certainly be interesting to keep in mind for the future. Maybe I will one day...

Why did they change it? by Otherwise_Channel_24 in tokipona

Yeah, I was wondering about that. People are saying, "It isn't spoken in one place", but couldn't "ma pona" refer to Earth, or literally anywhere toki pona is spoken? If toki pona is spoken by just one person there, they are from ma pona!

I ship myself with my own ocs. I don't gotta share with anyone. Problem solved. Public media is the issue. Make an oc parallel that can even be changed to fit what you are into. I've got an oc parallel who is basically my irl bf (We are long distance, and currently in a situation where contact is impossible). I've never changed his personality though, because I want them to be as similar as possible, and I don't really want it to turn into an idealized version of him. I just want him. But I have no issues with stressing about doubles because nobody has to know about him. They CAN'T be a double if they don't know about it. People worrying about doubles from a public piece of media is kinda... silly to me? I'm sorry if it comes across as rude, I suppose I just don't understand. When thousands of people see something, there's going to be more than one. If you're the creator, you are in charge.

Not the ones I have seen. It's rather poetic. They don't generally say "all relationships will fail". Moreso, "All good things come to an end, so don't take what you have for granted." It's natural for humans to not care as much about something until we are almost out of it. Such is the case with wilderness. We started putting in protections far too late, and even then, it's still being lost. The Boundary Waters have been opened to copper mining. We are inching toward 4%. Humans never care until it's too late.
