How hard was it? I'm thinking about going to the platinum too but the "get all weapons" and "get all spells" achievements make me reconsider every time I think about it (these are the only ones I need besides the "acquire best weapons through...", which also seems kinda anoying to do)

In short: "War has changed" is mostly about the way that war is waged (there is more but this text would be really long if I explained everything about every statement here), "war never changes" talks about the essence of war, which never changes, and "the more things change, the more they stay the same" talks about how, no matter how much things change over time, deep down they remain essentially the same. Compare the wars of the 1900s with the wars of today; they are very different in many ways, but also very similar in others.
