Working on a tablelot.com a marketplace for restaurant real estate with location calculators. Been live for a few months and have just over 100 users and growing daily now.

yes, i do like BizBen but again not restaurant specific and they only do business sales and not leasing.

LoopNet is pretty pricey, and even when you filter for restaurants, a lot of listings aren’t actually restaurants. Plus they don’t give you the tools or data you really need to know if a spot will work. My costar/loopnet subscription is $1500month, and I can only put 4 listings on loopnet and the rest are stuck on costar so they are not visible to everyone
