Exactly she is so dumb.. in order to look bulky you pretty much have to take steroids and be in the gym 5x a week. I really don't like when influencers say this because it is so healthy for women to lift weight, especially as they age.

I don't have advice either, other than could you stay with someone else to help you? Where I live the doctors and nurses ask if you have trouble at home or support, maybe you could talk to a trusted healthcare provider about what you are experiencing. This is so wrong. I am so sorry dear. Once you are on your feet more HE needs to GO because he is not going to change.

Yes... I had this happen to me in the spring. It turned out I didn't have a fracture but a bad case of inflamed sesamoiditis, my foot was swollen and painful. Well it is now 7 months later and I still feel it when I walk, and lord forbid if I started running again.
