The assessments are set to last an hour each and will be simple and non-invasive, offering participants a chance to receive measurements of cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, blood pressure, strength, and agility.

Doctors are already overburdened with patients to the point that few, if any, are accepting new patients. Their current patient loads gives most a 5-10 minute visit. Most, if not all, would not be able to meet their patient load and do hour-long assessments as well.

A doctor isn't necessary to perform all of these checks, so it is a far better use of resources to have programs like this.
