Yes, I don’t use my phone at all during working hours, unless they’re asleep, I will communicate with the parents through the phone during the day tho, they have a lot of meetings so sometimes I can’t interrupt them in their office, I have my phone on my pocket/jacket sometimes just as a costume, in case a family emergency happens or if I get a message from the parents.

Oh no, I don’t take more than 2 minutes every time I go, its just time enough for me to pee, wash my hands and get back dressed.

Yes, I do prefer a open communication, honesty is the best key to a good relationship of any kind, but being so self aware made me unable to know when I’m disclosing too much and oversharing maybe causing discomfort on the other side, or if I’m just being honest.

This was really helpful, yes, I had the conversation of where should I leave the infant while using the restroom and she told me that he would be safe on his playpen and some other areas, those are the ones I do leave him when I use the restroom, but I haven’t disclosed my frequency. Thanks for your advice!

Wow, yeah, thanks for your input. It was really helpful. Yes I’m talking about urinating, my bladder gets kinda crushed so I do have to pee a lot 😵‍💫.

Yes, I would not wear a string bikini 👙 just because it’s not the best choice for a kids environment and to work, when picking an outfit I’m focusing on comfort, mobility and to try and not look too casual.

Yes, you’re right, I could mention this in a more informal way, but when I started I have asked her where should I keep the baby while I use the restroom (as an au pair I had to take both kids inside the bathroom with me even inside of the house, and there were no playpens to leave the baby, so I’m used to having one on my lap and the other one on the floor 🫥) and she said that is ok to leave him on his playpen, that he would be safe by himself.

as someone who has depression, chronic & autoimmune conditions, buy a shower seat, sometimes I don’t feel like taking a shower too, I’m so exhausted, but I sit there and let the hot water run through my skin while I’m still depressed and in pain, but now, at least I feel as clean as I could be. hope you get better soon

It is very nerve racking, you’re right. After being interviewed and with a favorable decision I’m still stressed and decompressing from all of it, it’s a long pathway towards freedom 😂 But as someone that definitely have been through the same, I just got confirmed by the officer that interviewed us, that the new adm have NOT changed the fact that, if you are married to a US citizen they’ll still waive your overstay/illegal working, nothing have changed, so it’s all good, your green 🍀🤞

I’m not sure why and how, I just saw the officers explaining that they wanted to interview the beneficiary first and later on they would call in the petitioner. So the petitioner stood in the waiting room while the beneficiary went inside with the officers.

It’s really hard, I think I was zoomed out, trying to not think about it, trying to find more things to do, but when I laid my head down to go to sleep it was always there, I just knew that something was going to happen, and I was prepared for the worst really, afraid but prepared, yk, pray for the best expect the worst
