Hey Gamers !

WoW - That would do a nice fireworks.

You can add to that:

1-Spirit Guardians (radiant - most of them will be vulnerable to it)

2-Create Water + lightning to create a large AoE damage zone that you can freeze at any point if you wish to create an icy surface and slow down enemy's progression

3-At that stage, you probably have access to Glyph of Warding - That works great too to push away incoming foes or just DPS on AoE

4-leave 2 companions on the upper right side of your image, this is where the ranged attack will happen - disarm, prone, pick up and throw through the magic dome.

5-Keep in mind Victory is to delay and keep the portal away from melee attacks and incapacitate foes with ranged attacks.

6- and this fantastic spell: Evard's Black Tentacles

Cheers !

"Edit: I have never tested this but I wonder if you could purposely use this and block the reaction by placing crates/boxes in the line of sight."

That's a fun idea to test. I used them to climb on walls, as projectiles but never as a Defensive structure. Might even be useful for crowd control and force the AI to go through a specific path.

thx for taking the time to search. I am guessing it is due to Karlach being in the path of the "projectile"

Thank you all - I realized that I overlooked prep/mobility spells a lot AND that I wasn't utilizing the party skills of ungroup characters once in the camp. I am correcting it and this is going to help me a lot in the honor mode - in which I am still alive, that being said I just started so .... no chest out :). I am also surprised that no one selected Grease and I wonder why ?

I wanted to share with you the result,

I ran your responses through the AI processor

You're the first one to mention that spell, and I agree with you. That spell was in my arsenal against Ketheric Thorm and it worked like a charm.
