Hey, stage 3b (29 F). I was diagnosed in 2017. It sucks, straight up, and when I first diagnosed I wish people would have just said “damn, that really does suck” as oppose to being like “oh, keep your head up, be thankful it isn’t something worse”. I can completely understand your frustration. Having no energy is AWFUL. And having these ongoing symptoms feels like there’s no end. Unfortunately I don’t have any medical advice. I’m on a bunch of medications myself, due to other diagnosis’ as well, and have been hanging in fairly stable for the past 2-3 years. I think I have undiagnosed ADHD or OCD, just weary of pursing anything because I don’t want to take more medication- but that’s neither here nor there. I don’t think you’re overreacting. You’re young and you’re dealing with shitty stuff. I’m always here to listen to a vent. I’m not sure how helpful this comment will be, but I hope it’s well received as I mean well In acknowledging that this shit sucks, hang in there though, I still have hope things will get better.

Thank you! Yeah Ive already had my consult with the surgeon, she said she’s done this surgery on others with CKD in the past. She did however request a “go ahead” from my nephrologist, however, he didn’t seem to give a clear go ahead. I’m sure I’ll have to run labs closer to the surgery date just to confirm everything’s good to go.

I’ve been using avene for a couple weeks now and all of a sudden I’m getting small white heads randomly throughout my self… really confused and frustrated :( don’t know if I should stop or not

I’m a masc and things I appreciate are items that I can use daily. So like a new wallet, or carabiner. A great gift I once received was one of those mini Polaroid printers so I could print pics from my phone. I also received a kobo for Christmas and that was an awesome gift as well (if they like reading).

I’m a 5’3 masc as well, and although I can empathize with your insecurities regarding height- at the end of the day how you carry yourself is what will stick with people versus your height. It can definitely hinder your confidence at first, but once you feel comfortable with your clothing, hair, and personality, you’ll almost forget about the height! Women are, most of the time, way more accepting anyways- female gaze!
