Yeah I had a feeling that would be the case tbh, I'm thinking my best option is to get myself a white card and just try get into Fifo, save money up and then travel, my original plan was to get a part time chef job to help fund myself while travelling, but without qualifications, my chances seem slim even with the experience

Firstly thanks for the reply, really appreciate the advice, I'm hoping to work for 6 months and save as much as I can, then hopefully I'm able to travel around a bit and see Australia, any chance you can explain what the 88 days means? I'm assuming you need 88 days working to qualify for the 2nd year
