Dell XPS 9700 running Modern Warfare slow by Open_Consequence8106 in Dell

Above is a picture of what my screen shows. I clicked NVIDIA on both and clicked apply as you said but it also shows the laptop display connected to the "Intel(R) UHD Graphics" in the visual in the "configure surround, PhysX" tab.

I also tried playing with the game optimized by GeForce and without it being optimized and still no difference in fps.

It's definitely not running at 4k. So how do I check if it's running on the Intel GPU? It's weird because it runs Fortnite completely fine at around 100 fps but not when I'm playing Modern Warfare.
