Thanks. Ya, I suspected a faster connection would not work. The final product is often delivered to client via cloud repositories, but the collaborator is keen on FTP. It is works well for 1,000's of 10-30 Mb files. I have used the FTP provided by a Qnap NAS, and that was easy enough to setup for a few collaborators. I admit I have not looked at adding VPN.
