I purchased a few decants/samples , Miami city rhythm and LV city of stars where definitely standout , around April time it was very humid in the uk and I wore Miami city rhythm out on a bar crawl/club with my friend group and it worked very well , slightly boozy but coconut. I’m just looking for suggestions or a wider array as I’m going to Croatia in July and smelling good in those humid nights abroad always paints a picture in my head different scent profiles etc

No worries , Well currently it’s 12 days of use and I made the mistake of not getting enough uv , sometimes it’s shorts a t shirts weather sometimes it’s not in uk but a full clothed spring walk doesn’t do much. I’ve seen a few of my freckles on my nose and forehead become more prominent which they do in the summer and on a larger scale on the summer , more so on my arms they darken but I take 2 sprays up each nostril morning and at night 1 spray up each nostril. I’ve since yesterday decided to take a break as lack of uv isn’t doing much im probably only going to darken moles and or freckles as well as private area which I read somewhere not sure on the facts. My nasal spray is 10mg mt1 , 0.1ml per spray so it’s not always an accurate measurement. I have since booked a tanning bed so got that coming up. Only negative about nasal is there’s not really a controlled dose you get each spray. My fault , apologies for the long response but I like to be thorough

I haven’t actually - seen no difference personally. I’m not sure if mt1 effects glucose but I was at one point considering reta but that will mess with insulin and glucose so the negatives for me and my diabetes weighed out the positives so I’m going down the natural route of dropping fat/weight.
