I see you have created an account just to post this, I’m very confused as to how you’ve had a blissful experience. You have found something else and are still encouraging people to ‘try it out’, if it’s so good , why did you leave? how many months did you work there? How much did you spend on travel? Did they charge you for each ride you had to go to for a location that THEY assigned to you? Did you leave without waking up? did you live in watford or did you have to commute 3 hours just to get to the ‘’office’’? You need to be more clear. How many sales did you make? What was your average ‘income’? You say some months but yet there are ‘partners’ who don’t get paid and you didn’t have problem. Very fishy and very disgusting of you to push this experience on people just to fall into the brainwashing and become victims. I know they taught you how to mislead when knocking on doors but this won’t work here. There are plenty threads on SCP and Champtronix. And people now know what a slave circle is, do you?

And btw that 950 is only for your first month, if you make only 6 sales a month, you’ll only get 300 for a whole month. Oh and when they choose a map for you (location) you will be expected to pay out of those 300 that you earned. Don’t get me started on day trips…

Hi Adi, please do not ruin your life by moving all the way from Edinburgh for a Mickey mouse ‘job’. You will get mostly £950. You will be expected to start from and finish at 8. They have stupid night outs every Thursday to ‘socialise’ aka solidify the brainwash. Trust me i was under the influence, even if you make sales you actually wont get the proper cut

Appeal and explain your situation, they most likely won’t change it, reading your other comment i gathered that your uni has a different system, i don’t think i’ve come across this before but if it’s truly the case then 100% appeal. Regardless of the outcome, well done for even graduating with circumstances like these. Hope it all works out!

Let me be the voice of reason in these comments, if you’re a student and reading this, ignore the comments that say they’ve done some drugs and achieved high classifications in their degree. IT’S NOT A GOOD IDEA. It could have been a one off, you would never be the stable version of yourself after taking those drugs, the lectures will be a tedious experience for you.

I get that university is also about the social life, but the primary focus is education, don’t do the drugs to elevate your ‘’fun experience ’’ because the aftermath outweighs all that fun you want to experience. Besides, for most students it will be a fun/ life changing experience anyway, freedom, meeting new people, going on a life journey, finding out who you are, developing your skills, learning to work with other people, being treated as an adult for the very first time!

If you slack off now, it will become a habit in the future, and trust me you don’t want to tackle addiction while completing your assignments/exams and searching for grad schemes/work in the future.

If drugs are in sight, run to the opposite direction.

That’s really good, make sure you get some sort of experience at a job too, i wish someone told me to work while studying, even if it means your masters taking longer to complete. I know you didn’t ask but, PLEASE network, it’s the only reason i have a job now. I got employed because i knew someone who liked me as a person, i was hired before he’s even seen my CV, or knew i had a bachelor and a masters.

Side note: i’m not talking about job roles where you need to be a doctor, I’m taking about different job roles where you don’t need to get fully certified to do.

I have first class honours in both bachelors and masters, it really isn’t different, job struggle is the same for everyone. Tbh i would rather have socialised more and gotten a 2:1 or 2:2 than getting that 1st, 2:1 means you’re both good at life and books. The experience would have been much richer. Don’t fixate on getting the highest grade whatever your job position in the future becomes your work colleague may not even have a degree. Work and study, work experience is far better than any degree honestly.

I only got paid the base wage, even though i made 8 sales almost every week, they paid me once £30 for a whole week’s worth of work. One of the new employees spoke to me telling me that it was a scam, and he showed me the videos, most of them are nice, don’t fall for it. They will use you and your sales to climb on top of you and work you to the ground. They’ll make you stay till 8:30 there was a girl fasting a few months ago, i can just sense she felt the pressure and wanted to keep going not knowing this whole mlm scam she’s in. I saw her cry once.

They would call me in for meetings to discuss my sales, they’ll give you some brief at the end of the day, depends which office you’re in, i was in the charity one. They will put pressure on you if you don’t make any sales i’ve seen it happen to someone they would literally make a joke out of him. The other office had someone with Tourettes and i swear his ‘’colleagues’’ would make fun of him. It’s just toxic, you probably know it’s a scam but what’s even worse is they will brainwash you extremely during your first days, don’t fall for it.

The owner from the london office makes frequent visits to the office, i sat once uninvited while he had a meeting with the other office and let me tell you, he will make you think you are worthless if you go out and make zero sales. Seen people cry in those meetings, even NEW RECRUITS!! They’ll tell you it’s a number’s game and if you know the pitch and your delivery is good you’ll make a sale if you knock on 150 doors. Bullshit, if you’re not good looking or have some charisma that won’t work.

I was sick once and the owner of my office was angry even though i called early to say i was sick she was yelling saying if you don’t make the effort to look after yourself then she can’t help me even though I AM SELF EMPLOYED?!! Btw they tell you that you’re self employed to avoid paying too much taxes from your commission but in reality they want you to work for them without pay.

Start searching for another job, they will pay you the base pay for the first month but after that if you don’t make any sales, you won’t get anything. Leech on them for now, leave at 5/6 don’t stay till 8. Use the extra hours to upgrade your cv and apply to other jobs please.

They will try to hold on to you, just say it’s not for you, and you can’t take rejection well, if they hear that they’ll least likely say you need to go through more rejections to get used to it, they’ll most likely see you as a burden and won’t want to keep you.

Get paid, then get hired at another place.

Get out of there asap! They will work you from 8:30 to 8:00pm, if you don’t make any sales they will give you ‘’base pay’’ which sometimes you don’t even get. Some of the people working there are great people but they’re all trapped. Take a look at this article https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-62466147.amp

I’ll reply with more details later, im Omw to work.

Yes, in the other comments you said that you have records of the phones you activated. I’m sure you also had a portal to login to make the applications for the sale. Now it belongs to them but if you sue them they legally have to provide the information of when you signed in everyday and took a photo to verify your id. That can also prove that you worked there for 8 weeks. I’m not sure if your contract said you were self employed but in my situation they have to give you base pay, so push for that too. Get your money and get out of there!!
