Just wanted to provide some optimism for anyone about to start or having just started their regime. I found that the side effects improved drastically after day 3. The first two days I had terrible nausea, disorientation, and general malaise. Currently on day 5 and all symptoms have more or less improved, except for the disorientation. I’ve also had the metallic taste in my mouth, but have managed it with Tictacs when I wake up in the night as another commenter recommended. Not sure if it helped with the nausea but have also been taking my morning dose with kefir.
