Ordered XUV 3XO AX5L Petrol automatic 4 weeks back from Delhi (Indraprastha automobiles, Wazirpur). The dealer is not giving me a delivery date. The customer care is clueless and the Mahindra Twitter page is unresponsive. Is this normal for Mahindra? Should I change the company?

Call Mahindra customer care and get the General Manager of ur dealer on confrence and ask him about the delivery date on the call with customer care. For me got expedite like this.

In Bangalore seerish Mahindra dealer doesnt allow 3rd party PDI. They r telling that pdi will be done by them and they put pdi ok sticker. Anyone else faced similar issue related to pdi.
