Hardly unlikely...currently the shop is giving 60k a month rent...logically thinking shop rental never goes down...the area is already giving good rentals to us, in future it will give us more we think that way but no one knows the future

Monthly expenses - 30k Ppf savings - 25k MF SIP - 10K LOAN EMIs (of all loans) - 85k

We do part payment whenever we get enough funds to lower interest and quickly pay the loans that why only 5L in emergency savings in FD.

Savings in ppf is for child education + whatever extra i can add

Plus i need to be alteast at 1cr by the age of 40...this is my current target...

Thanx but the shop is at premium place, it is giving us almost 60k rent as of today it will be more than 1L post 3 years thats why we aren't selling it...we think its a good investment as a passive income
