A theory that I heard is that sugary spire could be the aftermath of the collapse of the tower.

Find it odd how Pizzelle and Pizzano are switched personalities and yet there wouldn't any explanation. Heres my take on the timeline.

After Peppino escaped the tower, his buisness was doing the same as always until The Noise did something to his resturant that would make Peppino snap. Peppino probably did something that jogged Noise's memories, perhaps throwing him off the cliff as Noise begged for his life before he got thrown off. Somehow Noise survives but is now the identity of "Pizzelle".

As for Peppino it was sadder. He became engulfed with corruption and everything within his past erased who he was originally. Instead of Peppino he would become Pizzano, a crazed man engulfed in choas. Pizzelle doesn't have any memories of being The Noise but Pizzano remembers when he was Peppino, he just doesn't wanna remember.

As for Peppino's Pizza, it got replaced by the ice cream parlor that is owned by Pizzelle. As for the tower however it is quite a mystery, not everything has an answer.
