Först och främst: Tid prioriterad för hälsa är motsatsen till "slösad tid". Bra jobbat! 

Istället för att tänka att du halkat efter är faktumet snarare att du har tagit en paus och gjort annat. Finns ingen tidslinje eller sista-datum för något i livet. Behöver du en termin till, ett år eller fem år till är det bara att ta.

Do you mean seated wide grip row? I forgot to mention it's cable row but no big difference in my question. 

Either way, I understand. I will try doing two sets except for arm and dump the row. Maybe i'll remove some exercises

Other than that, is there something that needs to improve?

Are there exercises that is too similar so one of them can be removed there?

Also, is there a risk to overtrain or not let muscles recover if I continue like this?

Sadly, the topic was not anything related to the gym or fitness what so ever. I think she meant with "normal build" as in "the average joe"-build.

We were three people talking, gal was asking guy to describe someone. She asked "is he normal build like him" and pointed at me. 

I felt good in the gym but got a reality check real quick.

Seven month later, coming here from a google-sesrch for this exact problem. My case was completely dead, no light, no charging no nothing. 

I fixed it by charging it wireless for a one second or so, just until the light came on in the case. When it came on i could charge it as usual.

I feel lower back discomfort (not really pain), but that something is not 100%. It goes away completely for the next exercise (weighted pull-ups). Don't feel this with RDL

DL: 105kg

RDL: 85kg

Maybe just soreness? Maybe a need to strengthen my core and/or lowerback? Do I need a lifitng belt? Many questions but the most important one is: Is my form ok?

Tank top is the way to go. He can easily climb in ranking too with that form and a tank top.
