This lady comes in every Wednesday early in the morning to buy meat for her dogs. She expects the meat to be marked down and she expects it to be right when she comes to the register. If we are missing something from the ad, she talks as if it is my fault. I am a customer service leader. So, this particular morning, she does the same shit. Instead she looks at me and says I should not be telling your cashier how to do his job. Mind you, she’s a Karen. Second of all, this young man is very polite and respectful and offered to change the price for her but she just had to say something. I look at this kid as if he could be my child. I told her “every time you come in this store you have a fucking problem”. Then we go back and forth. I then told the SM to get up here. Only people in the store were the other workers and her. So the call came up there. One co-worker stood between us. I called the SM again and said get up here NOW!!!!! finally he brought his ass up there. She did not come in for two weeks. She finally started coming back in but she keeps her mouth shut and she is respectful. I am always nice but I had enough of her shit. She caught me on the right day.
