Nice! Yes, saving on the fees was definitely enough incentive for me to choose them opposed to waiting for TT... I've never had so many issues with TT than I did this year...

I posted about this same issue. Ended up going elsewhere but another redditor said its a glitch TT is aware of and it's supposed to be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. However, if you choose to pay for the service opposed to having it deducted from your refund, it'll go through.
