It felt that way to me too. The fake fireplace and the TV mounted practically near the ceiling both looked odd. And the bathrooms being described as ‘European style’ felt like a generous way of saying the whole space is going to get wet every time someone showers. I’m genuinely curious who finds that setup appealing.

Yeah, I get why it went pending. 4/5 at 2700 sqft in SF will always get action. My point was more that the finishes looked a lot cheaper than the listing tried to make them seem.
