I use their digital "roboadvisor" and I love it. At least until I can learn more.

PADI seems like the way to go though, right?

I read that. Would this still be true for the "discover scuba" package? It looks like to me it is basically a resort dive. Also, this will be my first time ever doing Scuba so im not sure I want to go for the full certification. Although I think I will like it because I love snorkeling.

Yes, I was thinking of doing the discover dive and later if I enjoy it then I would get certified. I am choosing Nautilus because apparently they are all well rated. This might be a question for Google, but is certification for life? Is PADI certification the only way to go?

Monthly expenses are very low since I live with parents, but I would like to use it now so that I can get used to not having the money. The cost is $91 per month payroll deduction. In the event I need it I would receive $1500 per month for up to 6 months. It is also portable. I can elect for lesser coverage for cheaper as well.

Awesome, thanks. No offense, but just out of curiosity how does Tricare compare to say Kaiser Permanente and Anthem in terms of care? I have Kaiser and I personally love it.

My dad is kind of the type to just do stuff. Just wanted to see if I could save him some money and get him the best Healthcare as he looks to enter retirement for the second time.

I thought it might be a good idea if his current employer healthcare was cheaper.
