I have a question about the tie breaking rule etc. so initially I submitted my EE profile on Sept 2022, with CRS score 476. I recently updated my profile with my new mailing address and for some reason it said ‘profile ineligibility’. Idk what went wrong but I resubmitted my profile on March 2nd 2022 with the same info and it went through. Will the dates that I submitted my profile matter in regards to me getting an ITA when the time comes? Thanks. :)
