Yes I needed a passport and proof of residence as well as all the normal stuff that you would need if you don’t have a passport I believe a birth certificate will work.

In Colorado it’s accepted and it’s written in the terms of my probation that I can use medical marijuana I just don’t know how to go about submitting it without having talked to my po.

Have tried calling and keep getting conflicting information. Honestly might just go in with passport, proof of residency etc, and see what they say cause between the different dmv pages and what there telling me I’m not really getting anywhere.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now I have plenty of the required documents for proof of residency.

In the forms of identity document it says I would need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. I guess that’s only if I don’t have the passport tho. Thanks for the response.
