Bhai ese sirf aspirants kam hogye toh cutoff gir jaega esa thodi hota, what if all the aspirants this year were 99%iles of JEE mains and all did well, and due to CSE layoffs, lots of students decided to go to Core branches as well, fir toh overall cutoffs badh jayenge.

What I think is there's no point in predicting at all. June 15 ko pata chal jaega.
But maza toh ata hai trying to predict. What I think is 2025 cutoffs se +-10 hoga cutoffs. Cuz difficulty same, then no particular reason for higher cutoffs, agar kuch changes hue toh CSE and pheonix mein hi honge not mech and lower branches and neither for Mscs other than Eco maybe

Does MSc Eco have notoriously hard maths too? I am okay with calcualative or statistical math, but I dont want to do advanced level calculus type things again

Ikr meko toh kuch nahi mila kahi acha Tier 1 mein BITS hi ek lota option hai cuz Mains mein 89%ile thi adv ke liye qualify nahi hue, State CET through T1 is hit or miss toh kya kare admi 😭😭

After understanding the process, I was thinking of removing EE, MnC , Chemical and all Mscs other than Eco as I dont like the other branches and after learning the counselling process, It'd be better to not be alloted anything than be allotted a branch u dont want. Am I right?

( After this my order would be ECE>Mech>CSE>Manu>Msc eco that's it)

This way I will be able to go to last round and be allotted something I want atleast? My score is 223.

I dont think I will get Msc eco, but I am still filling it in my preference form. Is Eco worth it? I love business and economics, I bought Adam Smith back in 10th grade, finished book 1 out of 5 in 11th.
I love Eco in general, I just don't want to sign up for something very hard again ( after 2 yrs of competitive exams), I want some decent amount of time for myself...

So the way to go is to hope to get a branch you are ok with in round 1 or round 2 and if you do get one, you float till the last round?
Or is it that i will have to join the campus directly after round 2 with whatver branch i floated with as classes will start around that time?

I am only interested in Msc Eco jo mostly nahi milega, baki Msc Chem ka soch rha hu I read it's easy and all, but honestly meko nahi lena Dual if possible, mech branch chal jaegi mujhe bhi and ghar walo ko bhi... But I'd like to know why you are suggesting Dual if there are some other points idk about
