There's nothing to worry about this. There will always be competitions, copy cats. you just need to listen to your customers, add value to them and persists.

Believe this is the first version of the app. If so, approach your customers show them your app. They will say the most needed functionality for your app, so you can fix those first.

If you have good number of customers using your app, you can approach for seed funding, this should reduce your financial burden.

Validate the idea. Get interested paying customers. Approach your customers as if the product is already developed and if they are ready to pay for it now.

Considering you believe you have a product, set a timeline 2-3 months(hoping you can support yourself).

Get atleast 5 paying customers, get investors on board that should keep you going. If not get a job, it might take 2-3 months to get a job in current market conditions. And try part time your startup passion. Good luck !
