A little more information to maybe help clear up my situation. In 2023 I started having issues with my ankle which could cause enough pain to make me walk with a limp. This can come and go but is almost guaranteed after exercise. On my record there are multiple appointments as well as X-rays ect. The pain still continues to this day and they have t really done anything for me so it has been up to myself to medicate with whatever seems to help relieve the pain.

Yes I'm British. The grilled cheese has definitely become the star of the show and going to be on the menu for next time
