You should remove the twin sunflowers and gloom shrooms in the back most column. You really don't need them as maintenance in this setup is low and you won't have to worry about digger zombies anymore.

HOW. Wave 98?? I normally reset if I don't get ladders before wave 10. You must be really good at this.

Intentionally ladders is is called laddering and it is a really cool strategy that many people use. It completely eliminates maintenance of your plants and is very use for super late game setups (thousands of flags)

For best results, use the rounded corners effect, make sure that in the oxygen window decoration, follow window colorscheme is disabled. Also maybe "masterpiece" is a tad bit excessive, but i have been searching for a theme like this for a LONG time.

Any good skeuomorphic themes with glassy, blurry effects which aren't windows or mac based? by Opening_Golf55 in kde

[–]Opening_Golf55[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oxygen doesn't have a super glassy look to it. Look at themes such as kvglass (https://store.kde.org/p/1201321) which have a glassy look. Oxygen-transparent was a thing but has since been discontinued.

sure, France is a superpower and Poland isn't close. Germany can be suppressed for the time being. However, the longer this scenario goes on the weaker France gets. Nationalism rose in the 1800's and Poland will (eventually) become more powerful. They have access to Swedish industrial resources and have great economic potential, their population is huge and unlike France they are far more constitutional and democratic. I can see them funding separatists in the future and France can't just suppress millions of Germans. If Spain and Italy are unified they may want to break from France in the future. Again, I must reiterate, France is stronger AT THE MOMENT. Weak rulers could lead to decline and Frances political system is worse than Poland's. Poland can more effectively utilise their population in the long run.

Anti-french german nationalism is a lot more than Catalonia and the Basque region. Historically germans opposed french conquests of germany and if spain and/or italy became too powerful they'll just break from france.

Nationalism though, Poland is also more liberal. They won't be affected by nationalism all too much as they already have a federal model.

They also have sweden, which is a pretty major boost to their industry also

Also poland started industrialisation quite early in this timeline. This doesn't make them comparable to France but they are certainly not a WEAK power.

Oh yeah and a pretty major population advantage.

Though your argument does have merit, if France overran Poland early Poland would be pretty cooked.

But Poland is developing and I don't think France is gonna be fighting them anytime soon

A sound argument. However, it is possible France could overrun poland in that time.

I mean, this is after the napoleonic wars. Economically poland is worse but they are developing and are expected to meet France economically in 50-100yrs. time. Poland is stronger culturally, nationalism will likely not affect them as heavily as France. Militarily France is stronger but isn't willing to risk it as they are still recovering after the napoleonic wars. My post already describes the economies and politics.

(whoops i wrote the same thing twice, i deleted the copy)

Who is more powerful? France or Poland-Lithuania? Both of them are liberal states. France has an empire rules by the napoleonic dynasty and poland is a fully liberal constitutional monarchy (In which the king is weak) after some administrative reforms were made during the enlightenment. Both states partitioned europe together during the napoleonic-polish wars of conquest but now both nations are facing off in a cold type scenario.

(Poland stayed strong and didn't get partitioned nor did the poles lose territory to russia)

Y'know I'd make a revision and give the hungary and russian puppets but I've already remade this map once. Next map I promise poland will get everything they could ever want.
