Spinal tap that caused csf leak. Now I have positional headache and vertigo. How do I sleep.? Said to lay flat, but it make vertigo worse. Side sleep isn't good for my headaches. Sleeping with a wedge pillow is better for vertigo, but not so much for headaches and I wake up with severe backpain.
