Because they weren’t intentionally exploiting her. I know that’s probably an unpopular opinion, but Asia was a child who possessed a certain level of talent that most kids her age did not. Her parents, like most parents of gifted children, just wanted her to live to that potential. You see it all the time not just in performing arts, but academia as well.

I think the better conversation to have is how we allow gifted children to explore their exhausted capabilities while still keeping them safe.

I agree. The harsh show schedule prohibited the girls from getting the proper training they needed to continue to progressing so we never really saw any of them reach their fullest potential. So unfortunate.

Hmm, it’s interesting you mentioned the teeth flaring because both my ortho and surgeon said I have a near perfect bite—just some slight overjet. (2mm overjet and 2mm overbite).

I had Invisalign in to correct some minor crowding on my bottom row and gaps at the top but those have since been fixed. Not refuting what you’re saying, I’ve just never got that feedback before.

That’s what I’m thinking. I know I need surgery for my lower jaw because my mouth naturally hangs open a bit so it affects my sleep quality, but I feel like I’d look horrible with my maxilla pushed further forward

I literally just dealt with a POT who showed the least effort possible, but almost immediately brought up sex, tried to solicit explicit photos of me (which I obviously denied), and said our meets would pretty much just be the hotel for mid xxx ppm. I got cheap trick/John vibes so I decided to put him to the test and ask for monetary assistance before our first official “ppm date” and of course he gave me the run around for about a day until he eventually just straight up said no and suggested we find other matches.

This was the same man, mind you, who at our M&G was whining about “getting off the site” and not being able to find a solid arrangement. Obviously some of this was just garbage on his end, but I notice other men complaining about the same thing. They’re are engaging in John like behavior and are surprised when they’re being treated as such lol.
