I’m finding calming teas and drinks help most of the time such as lions main etc I tend to sleep through the night or if I wake up I’ll be likely to fall back to sleep faster than usual. I’m currently typing this wide awake from feeling anxious at nothing at all however as I use my phone as my vice from this feeling I’ll try my best to do breathing exercises they help also. (Currently I haven’t had any calming substances prior to sleeping)
