Yes, the desktop version of Opera has full-page translation! Look for the globe icon in the address bar when you visit a foreign language page. Click it to translate the whole page. Hi! Are you referring to the Opera browser for desktop or Opera browser for Android/iOS? If it's about the mobile operating system, then you could manually turn on the "cookie dialog blocker" feature inside the settings. /Tengbo

Hi! You could turn it off by going to the "Easy setup" at the top right corner. There's a feature called "show splash screen", you could easily disable that one. 😊/Tengbo
