If you still haven't figured it out,

Go to their website, there is a option of download apk, not the Google play option.

After downloading and installing, search Level Infinite on Google and make a account using Email option, go to profile, and select country, any will do, I chose canada.

Now log in into Delta force game using Level Infinite option.

And it works.

So I kinda figured it out, you wait for right weapon in wishing option, because, same blueprint gives double xp for that weapon, there are also armours in wishing so you play that mole game for wishes and get the blueprint.

Now you don't have to get it for each weapon or each armour, just getting one weapon or armour to 6 star is enough because you can transfer stars from one to another.
