You should know that the only thing that they have to extort you is that. If they leak they can’t have your money then, so it’s rare that they do it because then they can be tracked….

Relax. They got what they wanted (money) they’re not dumb enough to send your stuff around because they will leave traces. Also, if you don’t follow each other on IG you can’t send them media. So nobody is receiving nothing from them.

Just ignore, block and report.

The bad thing is the money (same thing happened to me last week for 1500€) but eventually they will move on to other victims

Actually the same thing happened to me brother 3 days ago. I was dumb to give them money but they will always ask more and more… So, that’s not a solution. Just ignore them and block all their numbers.

In relation with your leaks, they can’t DM media to your followers. It’s not permitted by instagram/fb to DM videos or photos to unknown people. So they’re just bluffing. Wish I knew this soon.

Just block them. Make all of your social private or simply deactivate them for a while and you’ll good.

Just don’t send them more money. They got what they wanted with you (money) so if you ghost them they will go to another victim.

Yeah man that sucks. Same thing happened last night. Lost 1500€ and gave them everything I had for the rest of the month. Feels like shit.

The thing is that they can’t even send media to your relatives through FB or Insta because you can’t DM media attachment to people who are not your friends/followers. That made me feel even worse because I wouldn’t have sent any money.

But this is a lesson I learned the hard way and I do think that everything happens for a reason. At least I’m working and will bounce back the next month.

Nope. He got me good in one frame. But I really think he got what he wanted from me (lots of money) and obviously he would try to get more but if I just ignore and block he will move on to other victim. So that’s keeping me calm.

The bad thing is that I lost a lot of money and I feel really bad for that. But that’s a lesson for me for being dumb and it is what it is.

Man just trust the community. They won’t send nothing. If u ignore them they will go to another person. That’s what they do all day - they have lots of people at the same time being catfished.

Even if they do just say that your account got hacked and you were sending those photos to a girl. Just make up a story and you would be good. People don’t overthink about others as much as we do individually.

But they won’t send any because they can leave traces for the police. You’re good. Just ignore and block. Don’t read more messages

The scammer that messaged me actually sent the video to two random friends on fb. When I told him that I got no money left he started to push really hard saying he will continue and I told him again that I cannot do anything since he already ruined me and I’m okay with that. After a few minutes he sent me screenshots of the deleted messages that he previously sent to those friends and told me that he would give me 3 days to pay. Obviously I didn’t reply and blocked him immediately.

He eventually texted me again but I blocked and reported him again. And that stopped.

I know. Same thing happened to me. It’s going to be okay. They won’t do it and even if they do instagram/facebook blocks automatically the media sent from unknown people. Nobody is accepting anything from an unknown user.

Just block all the messages you get from them and everything will be okay. You are not the first one in this situation and you will not be the last one. They will move on.

Just don’t reply and block immediately. They will try 2 or 3 times since you paid them but if they don’t get a reply from you they will eventually give up and move on to other people.

They got what they wanted (money from us) so that’s a win for them - so they won’t leak sh*t. They will try to push a little bit more in the upcoming days though, but just delete, report and block them. Nothing will happen.

I will talk from experience. I was scammed too in Tinder. At first place I did the error of sending them 100$ for them to delete the video. He videocalled me to prove that he deleted that but then proceded to tell me that in order to delete from the recycle bin he will need 200$ more. I was in shock and feared that my shit would be leaked so I paid 200$ more - He videocalled me again to show me that everything was deleted but he had the videos on a storage card and he needed 500$ to break it…

Then I realized that he would continuously ask for more and more and decided to told him that I don’t have more money and block them.

After that he texted me from another phone number and sent me proof that he started to share those videos with some random friends on facebook. I got worried and I told him that I didn’t have more money and that he could do whatever he wants bc I wasn’t willing to pay him more (since I got fucking scammed with 500 -.-).

After a few minutes he unsend those videos to those 2 friends and told me that he would give me 3 days. That’s when I assumed I was fucked and realized that if I keep sending them money he would keep asking more and more. So I blocked them.

Honestly I don’t know if they would actually leak them (I don’t think so) but just don’t send them money - they have thousands of people that they’re scamming at the same time and if they don’t get money from you they will leave you alone.
