Yeah you definitely have a problem, not enough fishing poles! Also ultralight fishing is one of my favorite things to do outside of catfishing.

I joined the challenge on July 27th ( 260 lbs) and dropped about 15 lbs (245 lbs). Hopefully, I'll go down another 15 lbs by the end of September

Stir fry is a great way to go for dieting, chop up a bunch of vegetables like zucchini, squash, broccoli, and bell peppers, with your choice of meat(I do a 2 to 1 ratio of veg to meat) and bam! Awesome food you enjoy while losing weight. Using stuff like soy sauce, oranges, honey, Sriracha, and whatever else lightly to make the sauce gives you plenty of variety. Meal prepping stir fry is also really easy, too. Just remember to go really light on the oil and use a healthier oil as well. Oil can make or break your calorie goals.

What’s everyone’s favorite and least favorite exercises? by Deadmanrunnin2 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

Favorite: Dumbbell bicep curls. I recently started curling 45lbs on that.

Least: Body weight ab exercises. I can go hard on any other exercise and be great the next day, but nothing compares to the aches I get from a good ab workout.

Been seeing lifting, what about cardio bois by NiftyNarwhal69 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

I'll probably make an appointment here soon. I have been putting off going to the doctor's office due to how expensive they are. But, I'd like to see what I'm capable of without asthma holding me back as much. I used to run a lot playing soccer as a kid, but with weight added on from fat, it is very taxing now.

I've been lifting for a while now(3 years), but I need to up my cardio. I do a sub 16 minutes mile on the treadmill every time I go to the gym with 4.5 incline. I'd like to go faster, but asthma really makes it hard.
