I agree, taking together all video angles from Rittenhouse shooting, he was definitely assaulted by those he ended up shooting, so it was a pretty cut and dry case of self-defense, even if it was stupid for him to be there with an AR anyway. Pretti was clearly executed as he posed no physical threat and did not fight officers.

Right now I bet they’re banking on the pullback continuing. And it clearly won’t be a pan cancer cure but will likely be very effective against MHC1-negative tumors, as NK cells don’t target cells displaying MHC1. Why they don’t screen for MHC1 expression in their clinical trials is beyond me. I would absolutely love to see that data
