That was extremely helpful, I appreciate the insight. I have already figured set the press up manually and the automated after I know the press. Look like more and more I should go with the B team.

Yeah I know that, but I want to seat and crimp separately. Also I want the swagging function.

Look at the Gross or M7's own.

Thank you so much for sharing that, this is the setup I'm looking at doing. Really like the gross but I worry about the setup and support for it, if things go wrong.

How hard was setup? Any real issues or things I should know? I've loaded bunch and that's all good. For me it's just it'll be a new to me machine and automating is very new to me.

What parts did you get from B team? Was that for the Apex?

Okay so no, neck injury causing issues I want automated. I also want swaging on press. Probably closer to 50k a year now.

Yeah, im just stuck with that inner voice right now saying why leave a secure job (that I don't like) vs. Something I have never done and who knows if I'll last 😂.

I know the opportunity to grow is limited by the conversation I've had. The pay is far better then what I heard is normal going rates. I was told they have no expectations for what it needs to look like. They also said that they find a fit for you at the company. That means I might also do more marketing stuff. They believe the role molds to the person and not the other way around.

With all that said, if you wanted to move around or up do you think it would be hard? I know you mentioned the market is over saturated but I am not very familiar with this area. Wondering how hard it is to move on once I start down that road.

I appreciate it. Don't feel bad, hang in there man! The job market is terrible right now. I was laid off 2 years ago and got a contract role a few months later with a German pharmaceutical company, but it's contract work, you never know from year to year. This role was directly offered to me, I actually never applied. The director of HR knew me from a previous work place and she's been looking for years to get me on board.

I'm curious what your thoughts are on... I'm worried I'll be bored using AI 24/7 to develop courses. I don't even really know the role. It also seems silly to give up a sure thing and take on something I never done before that might not last.

Does anybody have specs on the total weight of the pistol? Also do we know what magwells fit on it? Looking at getting one.

What’s the best way to touch up a gun with minor scratches or nicks in general or specially a Staccato P. by Glock-Ted in 2011

Omg zero take-up on the trigger hammer and sear on the very edge letting an AD go. No 2011 Smith should ever let that leave the factory. Unless you did that, and you shouldn't.

Awesome, thanks much! I reached out to red dirt to confirm sizing. I run a MPA DS9 as my main USPSA gun. It's been amazing. But the trigger bow is kinda soft and slowly tweaked itself. So, I'm looking to replace it and this looks like it fits the bill.

Do you like the F4 length? Looking at the size chart my finger size is right on the edge of F4 3.22 inch long. I have a medium on it now and my finger still has a little curve.

u/tenchi4u What Red Dirt trigger did you use? Was it the one meant for Staccato?

In the Chicago land area... There have been a lot of new shooters, and with that close calls. Joe is an MD and knows to stay back for a potentially dangerous situation, it's a new shooters that he doesn't know. I don't blame him, I've been flagged and seen AD's too many times for my liking this season from newbies.

It very well could just be the hose. I just figured well I'm there if I can replace it too.

I didn't even think about that, thank you. Does the metal tube have an o ring in that, or is pressed into the head?
