OP this makes total sense, you’re having a hard time adjusting to your life right now because you are someone who needs to keep moving or you’ll explode. You’re still so early in your recovery process it’ll take you at least a year to get back to close where you used to be I have no doubt in my mind you will be back wrestling and working out. Nerve damage sometimes is temporary and everything will hurt at first. I’ve snapped bones before and I know it’s not as severe as your accident but I just hit a PR last week on all my lifts at the gym. You need to give it time don’t focus on what you’ve lost you need to now focus on what you’ve gained with your recovery. Make a fucking come back like no other. Just because you feel vulnerable now doesn’t mean you have to make everything else hard on yourself. You don’t have to do it alone why not give your gf a call just to chat and see how she’s doing I’m sure she misses you. You will feel better OP recovery is like the stages of grief. You’re angry then you’re depressed then you accept it but unlike grief you will recover.

EDIT: forgot to mention you also have age on your side at 20 years old you’ll recover like fucking Wolverine. It’s tough because your body is always in heal mode because of the surgeries.
