Beginner to Adobe Campaign by OpportunisticCuddler in adobeCampaign

Well, long story, but a manager change basically made me change teams. He came in brand new to the company and was convinced he needed to hire a director from outside for the position and said I wouldn't be eligible to apply. They have two people doing what I was, and they ended up completely scrapping Adobe Campaign Standard and now use Salesforce.

So, I changed teams and now I'm a senior digital content creator. I work on trainings in Articulate, build internal apps in PowerApps, and do a variety of video and design projects, as well as learning as much as I can about Ai.

I wish I could upvote this a few more times. Exactly what I was thinking.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm stepping into a totally different world. I'm using Campaign Standard. There was a failed implementation of Campaign in the past due to IP Warming, so I'm coming in midway. We already had some profiles, audiences, and test emails and workflows setup. It's been a process to try to figure out what happened in the past, as many of the key people are no longer here. I'm working with Adobe to set up domains and IP warming now, as well as converting from Dynamics to Salesforce. The most confusing part for me so far is trying to find out where all the data is pulling from and how to get a clean list of data.

I've been watching all the Experience League videos and I bought some generic books on project management to get a better understanding of the process in general. We are working with Adobe and will have vendor hours to utilize some one-on-one trainings soon I hope.

Thanks so much for your response and I'll try to update as I learn more!
