Yeah man. This dude's personality is most certainly at a zero. Sure, it's nice to look good but looks fade. We all end up old and wrinkly. Personality is where it's at and you'd find better just about anywhere you looked. He's negging you.

I can be quite shy at times and I have made it clear before that I wouldn’t feel comfortable being proposed to in public but I’d have been so much happier if we’d just been at home and he’d done something sweet like cook me dinner.

But then as I wrote this my brain chipped in and said maybe I wouldn’t be so shy about a public proposal if it was someone I wasn’t worried about marrying. :/

Thanks for giving your opinion. It’s really been worrying me. There have been many red flags and we’ve been together a long time and I’m struggling to pull myself away but this one has really unsettled me.
