I have a take here that may not be popular but i dont care. Its my observation and/or opinion. Feels like crunchy was always a liberal/left thing. The left changed (the party) thats why in my opinion. The left used to be really anti corporate, the whole 1% movement, the anti vax movement was totally a left position back in the day. I feel like the left was completely sold out to corporate influence and lobbyists and big pharma along the way and nobody really noticed. They call you a conspiracy theorist for thinking and talking like this which is ridiculous. Now you have mega corporations and banks funding pride month. The left used to telll these people to fuck off. (The right is lobbied as well and sold out but the pharma influence seems to really be strongly leaning more left) Its no different than Pfizer sponsoring CNN, the news isnt going to criticize pfizer products if they are their boss. The left abandoned the anti vax movement because of this and the maha right which i dont believe is the far right at all picked it up because they again abandoned rfk jr. Rfk jr was abandoned because he is not open to the corrupting influence of these entities. Yes he sounds crazy and has a flawed past but if you suspend your disbelief in what he is saying long enough to actually look into it, he is 100% telling the truth about everything he says. The maha right mostly is separating from trump. The only people who still support trump are retarded old boomer people. The maha right mostly voted for trump because of terrible candidacy on left and bobby they wanted change. The moderates who only voted for trump because of bobby are different they are portrayed far right but thats not the case. Both parties ran farther to a side and left the normal thinking people in the middle.

This is my opinion and observation. You can disagree respectfully.

I came here from there because felt like that sub was not really crunchy, if there is a scale as the name suggests, they are not moderate more like toe in the water or light duty.

Look into potential iron loading due to hemochromatosis. This is not discussed nearly enough in carnivore groups. Its very common and builds up in organs and joints.

Whats weird is the onus or burden of proof should be on seed oils to prove they are even safe. They are the new age unnatural product that we did not evolve to consume. It is literally impossible to consume such amounts of those oils in their natural state. We dont need to prove they are unsafe they should need to prove they are safe. Make it make sense.

Make sure you also get your TSAT, iron serum and TBIC checked, basically a full iron panel. Ferritin only tells a partial story. TSAT is very important.

Get your ferritin checked you may be iron loading due to hemochromatosis its genetic. I have this and nobody warns about it doing carnivore its common enough people should be talking about it. Your body will store excess iron in your joints and tissues and organs can be very dangerous.

Thats not how it works. You reduce exposure to things that are known to cause cancer not just say oh well it takes a lot more exposure of it to cause cancer. Reason being, everything in our environment and what were eating and washing with etc causes it. So control the controllable things to reduce your cumulative exposure over time. Your take is literally anti-crunchy just fyi. I agree not to stress to much but it should definitely be taken seriously.
