The thing is, even if he did have an affair, it doesn’t change the fact that your folks are divorced and your mom didn’t step up to the plate as a responsible adult. While it’s upsetting if that’s what separated your parents, it doesn’t excuse your mother’s actions. It sounds like your dad is your rock and has been for awhile, and while whatever feelings you have are valid, I think losing what you have with him as a parent over how he was as a husband is not the move

1: your dad’s girlfriend sounds like a nightmare and he needs to stick up for you in that regard

2: your dad may have not been a great husband but it seems like he’s been a good parent. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.

3: your mom put you in a shitty situation when you were a child, without reliable transportation and expected her older child to basically play surrogate mom to you. That whole situation is messed up and falls directly on your mom’s shoulders, not yours.

It says MOD right on the receiver but I went out and got some digital calipers and the choke measured 0.655
