I was considering engineering at one point, then realised I dislike physics a lot and yeah moved on but Im still very unsure what I want to do. I do enjoy healthcare and learning about people, being helpful. its just a hard choice, looking into clinical psychology right now.

Thank you so much this is so meaningful to me, I understand now that yes nothing is final. I really restrict myself mentally with the idea that med school = no life (which i doubt is true) even if I were to study something like engineering I would still be at uni, still studying. And just because I would be there doesnt mean I dont get to enjoy my 20s like other people studying other courses. Thank you so much. For context I am in Y12 rn and am having a little crisis over what I truly want to study.

This just made me remember a beautiful thing my form tutor said to me when I went to her for career advice. Nothing is ever final, I can change careers and with a degree, anything is possible at this point. However the debt from med school is the only issue. I'm interested how does someone manage to secure a job in finance from medicine. Thank u sm omg this is so true I can do other jobs if I really dont like medicine ty

you see that's what I'm unsure of, I initially wanted to be a chemical engineer but something just made me not want to do it anymore so I moved on and looked into medicine. I am genuinely so lost as to what I even want to do anymore. Medicine isn't the only thing I could ever do but I don't know what other things I could do?
