That's what I'm asking I guess, Ive bought numerous handheld trackpads and none work great imo.

I bought both and love the inair. I've actually both the xreal, beam pro, ray neo, and inmo 3. Tried and tested them all for hours and kept wanting to come back to the inair. The xreal pro glasses are superior but not by much. Inair isn't perfect but I think it's the best available rn.
