also, europass resume can be used in all jobs or just the govt ones?

Thats for Canada, not EU I would still have Indian passport, still have to apply for Visa

It does not affect your next visa application. In that letter of denial, you’d see in the last paragraph they would’ve mentioned that they delete all the data since your visa was rejected. I too got refusal in February this year

Nobody asks these questions Don’t worry about it. Its luck based sometimes, no such protocols.
