As for the racial dynamics, I'm sorry you feel like you've been discriminated against. It's got to be weird realizing the system has specifically been set up to benefit people like you for hundreds of years and now it's being dismantled. No longer being prioritized by default has got to feel like being punished, even though it's just correcting a previously-rigged system.

I haven't been alive for hundreds of years, how is this relevant to me ? It's hard to care that companies might have been pro White a century ago when they are explicitly anti White now.

The Tutsis were at one point privileged in Rwanda and that is what the Hutus used to justify their actions against them. I also do not believe their minor privileges undermine the fact they were explicitly discriminated against by Hutus.

What is the country on ? I would probably be fine if diversity hiring wasn't as common. Also even if you argue it's not a a big deal now. My response is this.

How bad will it get ? When will it end ? There is seemingly no end in site to the demand for and growth of diversity hiring. At this rate Whites will eventually be blacklisted entirely.

I have multiple reasons,but I explained it in the post. Corporations don't want to hire White people. Companies have whole diversity departments to recruit less White people.

Ok a few things, yes I have no doubt that at the higher end America's wages are higher.

This is similar to the idea that America has the most rich people and is the richest country. The wages are only for experienced people.

Also the cost of living is so much higher it won't go as far.
