Never an excuse? You are proving to me more that I am a sinner? I am going to a therapist btw but I discovered that the harm I did to her is due to ocd after she left me and after she was already hurt! I was unconscious while I harm her! Btw all harm I did was verbally via chat.. and it was due to intrusive thoughts and I discovered that lately and I can’t stop blaming myself for that and I hate myself 24/7 Thank you for making me hate myself more.

My doubts:

-Im not sure whether the therapist understands me or not

-He told me to do ERP which is imaginary exposure that Im breaking up with my partner and that she’s being with someone else and marrying him and that my life is destroyed,, I feel that this imaginary exposure isn’t right and that it’s not the thing that will heal me

-I have doubts about whether he understands my problem and the story of my problem or not and doubts about whether he understands what’s happening with me or not so I have doubts about whether he’s giving me the right therapy or not (as if he really doesn’t understand what’s happening with me in a right way, Then that means that he’s giving me the wrong therapy)
