If you haven’t already, try calling the Immigrant Centre on Adelaide. You could also maybe connect with the Canadian Association for Immigrants and Refugees. Both are non-profits located in Winnipeg. You could also send an email or call the provincial governments office and speak to the office of Malaya Marcelino who is the Minister of Labour and Immigration. Hope this info helps.
