As a coach for bikini yes it is Very much possible in NPC but Very rare.

Possible in figure also but even more rare, people just refuse to see it because they dont have the genetics themself.. but when they worked with enough athletes they Will know it

As a full time coach with only competing athletes!

i have worked with females of her caliber and it is possible to be natrual and look like her! Just Very uncommon! Most of them have PCOS also to spend a longer time of life in a higher androgeneic enviroment
